For ordinary ball valves, if the packing of the valve rod is burnt, or the packing gland and bolts are damaged, the valve rod is easy to fly out of the fluid under the effect of internal pressure, and accidents may occur, even to the extent of accidents, which is not allowed by the safety requirements.

4. Antistatic function

In order to prevent static electricity from being generated due to the friction between the ball and the valve stem and TFE or RPPL, the floating ball valve is easy to ignite the easy medium and cause working condition accidents. A static conductive spring is set between the valve stem and the ball and between the ball and the valve stem, so that static electricity can be introduced to the ground through the pipeline to ensure system safety.

5. Sealing structure of valve body without external leakage

The joint between the valve body and the side valve body is sealed by a cushion. Fire, high-temperature vibration and uneven opening and closing torque can cause external leakage. In addition to relying on gasket sealing, the ball valve is specially designed for the metal of the valve body and the side valve body to form a metal seal to ensure no external leakage.
