During the operation of the vacuum pump, due to air, foam is always generated, especially when there are externally active additives in the oil, and foam is not easy to disappear. Foam produced in the application of lubricating oil will destroy the oil film, not only make the conflict surface sinter or increase wear, but also make the lubricating oil oxidize and degenerate. The gas in the working vacuum system is discharged from time to time in the oil layer of the sealed vacuum pump, and the discharged gas will generate a large number of bubbles on the surface of the oil layer, and overflow from the vent hole of the vacuum pump, causing oil loss and equipment pollution. The pump oil with anti foaming agent has obvious progress in anti foaming effect.
Seal recognition:
(1) Acknowledge whether the seal of the device and the required type are the same.
(2) Before installation, carefully compare with the general assembly drawing, and check whether the number of parts is correct.
(3) The mechanical seal driven by parallel coil tension spring shall be selected. The tension spring can be left or right rotation, and shall be selected according to the rotation direction of the shaft.
