EDVB series vacuum pumps are two stage structure. The operation performance consists of two parts, high-vacuum stage and low-vacuum stage. This pump can be used as a backing pump of roots vacuum pump. Since the roots vacuum pump increased suction force, accompanied with the continuous suction of the backing pump, the vacuum pump system can obtain higher vacuum degree.
