1. Strengthen pump maintenance
Conduct regular patrol inspection during operation, and check the nitrogen buffer tank, outlet pressure, pump and oil level to ensure effective prevention of catalyst injection shutdown accident caused by damage of two pumps.

2. Replace lubricating oil and wear parts regularly
The main internal moving parts of the equipment include worm, worm gear, sliding block, piston, etc. The wear of these parts will reduce the flow of the dry screw vacuum pump. The solution is to replace the lubricating oil, wear parts and clean the inner cavity regularly.

3. If possible, the pump pipe can be cleaned.

5. Check whether the pipeline and joint are loose. Rotate by hand to see if the vacuum pump is flexible.

6. Regularly check the wear of the shaft sleeve, and replace it in time if the wear is large.

7. Open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump to show the appropriate pressure.

8. Open the gate valve and check the motor load.

9. When stopping use, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge of the dry screw vacuum pump, and then stop the motor.

10. Check the oil level. If it does not meet the requirements, adjust it in time until the oil level reaches the center of the oil gauge.

11. Check the oil quality of the vacuum pump. If the oil is deteriorated, replace it with new oil in time.

12. Start and stop shall be operated in strict accordance with the use requirements. When starting, start the pump with zero output, and then stabilize the pressure and charge nitrogen after there is a certain pressure at the pump port to avoid the diaphragm deformation of the dry screw vacuum pump caused by nitrogen charging. Moreover, increase the pump output slowly, and reduce the pump output slowly when stopping the pump.
