Remark:

1.The oil consumption on above sheet is for reference only. The machine can alwaysadoptfluoride or mineral substance oil. Pump oil and lubricant oil will be matched before delivery.

2.Above cooling water consumption data is tested with ambient temp at 30℃,coolingwater suction temp at 20℃, and water pressure from 0.15 MPa to 0.2 MPa. Various working condition will cause different cooling water consumption.

3.The main differences between EDSE and EDSV:

(1) EDSE model is same pitch screw pump, EDSVis variable pitch screw pump.

(2) The speed of reaching high vacuum with EDSVmodel is slower than that with EDSE .

(3) The EDSV model cannot operate between 1ATM to 10000 Pa for a long time because the load is too large. When the vacuum degree is better than 10000 Pa, it is recommended to use EDSV. The final selection needs to be based on specific working conditions, please contact EVP for details.

(4) The load is lower when the EDSV model reaches the ultimate vacuum, so the energy consumption is lower as it approaches the ultimate vacuum. The opposite is true for EDSE .

4.Advantage of EDSE 300A:

(1) The motor of EDSE 300A is separated from the gearbox, and the motor brand can be specified.

(2) EDSE 300A is small in size and can be used in industries with low vacuum requirements such as the plastic blister industry, packaging industry, and egg tray industry.

Other Material Option:Titanium Alloy

Titanium alloy screw vacuum pumps are products for special applications under strong corrosion conditions. The internal flow surfaces of the pump are made of high-quality and high-performance titanium alloy materials, which have the characteristics of high corrosion resistance, high strength, and good stability.

The binding force between titanium and oxygen is extremely strong. A dense oxide film can easily form on the surface of titanium alloy, providing strong corrosion resistance on the surface of parts. Actual cases have shown that titanium alloy pumps are suitable for pumping out hydrogen chloride and thionyl chloride, nitric acid, organic acids, alkali, inorganic salts and other corrosive media.

Introduction:

The name EDSE comes from EVP Dry Screw vacuum pump of Equal pitch, and the name EDSV comes from EVP Dry Screw vacuum pump of Variable pitch.

EDSE & EDSV series dry screw vacuum pumps can manage both condensable vapors and some solids with no residue. They offer a number of advantages over the traditional vacuum pump designs. There’s is “NO OIL NO WATER” in contact with the process vapors, so therefore they are considered environmentally friendly.
