How to deal with common vacuum pump failure

Generally,the following major common problems will occurs while in vauum pump using:
1. vacuum pressure decreased;
2. high noise;
3.pump oil injecting;
4.oil leakage;
5.massive smoke from pump oil;
6.vacuum pump , such as rotary vane vacuum pump , rotary piston vacuum pump , dry scroll vacuum pump can not pumping vacuum;
7.pump casing do not work.

1.For pump oil pollution (too little or too thin), clean vacuum pump (oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pump , turbo pump,diffusion pump) and replace the vacuum pump oil;
if vacuum pressure decreased, prolong the evacuation time;
For suction filter clogged, clean or replace the exhaust filter;
For air leakage, shut off the vacuum pump after evacuation, then check magnetic valve, connecting pipe, vacuum suction valve and studio surrounding gasket and exclud the leakage place gradually.

2. Replace the pump coupling when it’s worn or broken;Clean or replace the exhaust filter and properly install it when it is clogged or posted wrong.

3. When the suction valve O-ring fell off, remove the exhaust nozzle, get out the spring and  suction valve, then gently stretch O-ring several times, re-embedded in the groove and installed other parts; replace rotary vane if rotary vane is wore.

4.If the oil return valve clogged, remove and clean it as per instructions; Remove the oil window and wrap raw tape or a thin plastic film, for oil glass loosen problem.

5. The suction filter is clogged or dirty, clean or replace it;

6.Studio should be closed tightly; When the insurance off (lights) replace the same specification Insurance

7. No power to check power supply; stroke adjustment switch is not action trip switch paddles; Insurance broken (lights) replace the same specification; Frequently burn insurance check and find out if there is short circuit.
