EVP company developed the two stage liquid ring vacuum pump DLV seires are adopted the stainless steel 304 material impeller. If the pumped meidum composition will not produce any corrosion for SS 304 material, and the water temperature is not too high to cavitation,then the service life will be same with the normal temperature used.Theoretically, it can reach the design life, that is 20 years.
Temperature is not the only one factor which will influence the service life of impeller, the actual service life is also closely related to working conditions and customer service conditions.
Hence, it is meanless if only speak one factor (temeprature) and also it is impossible to make a accurate judgement.
