(1) It shall be matched with the front pump recommended in (JB1873-77) Mechanical Booster Pump Types and Basic Parameters;
(2) The motor power and pump speed matched with the pump shall comply with the product design regulations;
(3) The lubricating oil and shaft seal oil used for the pump shall comply with the provisions of (SY1636-70) No.1 Vacuum Pump Oil;
(4) The cooling conditions of the pump, such as water cooling, the flow of cooling water, inlet and outlet water temperature shall meet the product design requirements;
(5) The test ambient temperature of the pump shall be 20 ± 5 ℃, and the relative humidity shall not be greater than 90%;
(6) The test gas shall be room temperature air, and the temperature shall be as stable as possible.
The wet roots vacuum pump with direct discharge to the atmosphere has not yet formed a ministerial standard, so there is no uniform provision for the test conditions.
