Application of condenser in vacuum system

In recent years, to strengthen the condensation effect, has a main condenser of VPD equipment use cold water cooling unit. Or in the collection tank and leakage of pumps in series between a small condenser cooling water provided by the chiller, further reduce the water vapor in the residual gas and kerosene steam partial pressure.

In a complete set of VPD equipment, there is also an auxiliary condenser in the condensing system, which is specially designed to receive the high temperature kerosene vapor discharged from the distillation chamber at the later stage of purifying kerosene. The structure of the auxiliary condenser is the same as that of the main condenser. The power of the condenser corresponds to that of the distilling chamber, and the condensing kerosene liquid is discharged to the collecting tank.
