Client need working pressure: -5 torr and chamber size is 1.05*2.2m.
Existing system: 24Sets WELCH 2Stages Belt Drive Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump , ultimate vacuum is 0.001Torr (0.13Pa), Max. Capacity is 650 l/min, which could not working well at dealing with water vapor and cannot keep vacuum well, And the existing vacuum pump ‘ vibration &noise is big for client.
EVP Solution: LG-50 dry screw vacuum pump, Max.Pumping speed: 60L/S (3600L/min) @ 60HZ , Ultimate Pressure: 1Pa which can improve 5 times work efficiency, and low noise & no vibration.
