Liquid ring vacuum pump switching operation rules

1、 Scope of application
This procedure is only applicable to the switching operation of 117p03 / B and 114p03a / B liquid ring vacuum pumps.
2、 Operating procedures
(take 117p03a to B as an example)
1). Check stand by
117p03b status, confirm that the manual barring is normal; if the standby machine is shut down for more than 1 month, the electrical instrument personnel shall also check and confirm that the insulation between the coils of the motor is normal, without phase to phase or short circuit to ground.
2). Full open
The chilled water inlet and outlet valves of 117p03b heat exchanger shall be put into use, and the butterfly valve on the tail gas discharge pipeline at the upper part of 117p03b liquid seal tank shall be fully opened.
3). shut down
117p03b liquid seal tank and drain valve at the bottom of cooler, open fresh eg make-up valve of liquid seal tank, make eg overflow of liquid seal tank (can be observed from the sight glass).
4). pen
The bypass of pv-117141b (i.e. manual air make-up valve) is a little bit (this operation shall be determined according to the op of central control pv-117141). Open the PGF flushing valve behind the intake valve to flush the pipeline, knock with a wooden hammer and then close it (to avoid oligomer blocking the intake pipe).
5). On site, one person shall keep in touch with the site with interphone, one person shall be responsible for operation, and another person shall supervise and assist the operation on site. After that, inform central control to be ready for start-up. Check and confirm that the eg temperature in the eg liquid seal tank is less than 30 ℃; after the central control confirms that pv-117141 is manually operated, inform the site to start 117-p03b.
6). Start up
117p03b, only when the pressure gauge on pump B shows normal (generally – 0.095), and the pump runs stably through field observation and the central control agrees to switch, can the 117p03b inlet valve be opened slowly and the 117p03a inlet valve be closed at the same time. After the field valve action is completed, the central control shall be informed. The opening of pv-117141b is adjusted by the central control according to the pressure to maintain pc-17141 at 11kpa (according to the set value).
7). After the central control operator adjusted pv17141b to stabilize the pressure at 11kpa, he informed the site to stop 117p03a and change it from manual control to cascade control.
8). Close the inlet and outlet valves of chilled water of a heat exchanger, close the replacement eg valve for reuse, discharge the liquid seal eg, close the tail gas discharge butterfly valve, and start the daily maintenance of 117p03a.
3、 Precautions
1. The opening of the inlet valve of the standby pump and the closing of the inlet valve of the platform in use shall not be too urgent to prevent vacuum loss
2. The range of vacuum regulation should not be too large to prevent production fluctuation.
