Our common Roots pumps now have the following models: ZJP-70 (70L/s), ZJ/ZJP-150 (150L/s), ZJ/ZJP-300 (300L/s), ZJ/ZJP-600 (600L/s) , ZJ/ZJP-1200 (1200L/s), ZJP-2500 (2500L/s)
Among them, only ZJP-70 is air-cooled, and the others are water-cooled. The water-cooled main cooling is the skeleton oil seal of the pump head coupling, and the secondary cooling is the gear box. ZJ/ZJP-150 and larger models cannot be changed to air cooling.
Currently we are launching a magnetic drive Roots pump. The principle is to replace the coupling drive with a magnetic drive, so there is no skeleton oil seal, which has the following advantages:
1) No oil leakage
2) No rotor displacement
3) The default is water cooling, but because only the secondary gear box is cooled, it can be air-cooled if the customer insists
At present, ZJ/ZJP-600-CL, ZJ/ZJP-1200-CL, ZJP-2500-CL are already selling well with nice feedbacks, ZJ/ZJP-300-CL and ZJ/ZJP-150-CL will be launched on the market this year. Welcome to consult.
