(9) When exchanging mineral oil with ester oil or other synthetic oil, the pump should be disassembled for thorough cleaning. All components must be immersed in ester oil to prevent contamination.
(10) If inhaling chemical gases and solvents can contaminate the pump oil and affect the vacuum, cleaning and oil change treatment must be carried out.
(11) Oil change period: a. When the pump oil vacuum drops and cannot meet the needs; b. When the color of the pump oil darkens and turns brown, it should be replaced.
