Helium mass spectrometer leak detector is an instrument used to locate and quantify leakage points of sealed objects. It uses the inert helium gas, which is non-toxic, inert, low in atmospheric content and low atomic weight, as the detection gas. The gas can easily pass through the leakage hole and it is non-flammable safe gas which can be stored in bottles and cans of all sizes. It is widely used in many fields.
