When the vacuum gauge shakes or the purple glow turns milky white, it can be determined that the coated part has air leakage.
4. When the leakage is small, this method is difficult to detect, and a more sensitive method should be used to detect the leakage.
5. If there is air leakage, it can be repaired.
6. If there is a problem with the rotary vane vacuum pump itself, the rotary vane vacuum pump should be removed from the vacuum system for maintenance.
