Drain oil
The first step of the maintenance of the single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump is to discharge the waste oil of the single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump. To drain oil, open the sealing cover of the oil port with a wrench, and then open the oil valve. When the vacuum pump oil in the oil tank is basically discharged, the inclined single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump can discharge more waste oil from the pump.
If the special oil of vacuum pump is dirty and sticky, it is difficult to release or discharge completely. More waste oil can be released as much as possible by pressurizing the oil injection port.
Filter removal

To remove the filter, use a wrench to remove the fixing screw of the exhaust port, and then remove the cover plate of the exhaust port. At this point, you can see the oil filter.
