Slide valve piston vacuum pump of common faults
1. Low vacuum degree:
1) The pump has external leakage.
2) The small hole in the oil box has suction and oil mist appears: clean the oil filter, check the oil pipe and pump.
3) Pump oil pollution: Run the gas damper for 1-2 hours or longer, or replace with new oil.
4) Insufficient fuel level, too low oil level: refuel.
5) Excessive oil temperature: Increase water volume, reduce ambient temperature and suction gas temperature, eliminate biting and poor lubrication.
6) Damaged exhaust valve plate: Replace valve plate.
7) Damaged exhaust valve spring: replace with a new one.
8) Wear and tear of pump components, abnormal noise, and abnormal power: Disassemble and repair all rotating parts.
2. Oil leakage: Check the shaft seal and all sealing parts, adjust or replace them.
3. Noise:
Abnormal noise: Check if any foreign objects have fallen into the pump chamber, and if the bearings and pump transmission components are damaged. Clear, repair, and replace.
4. Fuel injection: A large amount of oil is sprayed out: check if the oil level is too high, if so, release it; Whether the oil shield components, anti spray parts, etc. are intact.
5. Vibration:
High vibration: Check if the base is firmly padded, fastened, and if the foundation is sufficient. Are there any early signs of biting or jamming? Adjust accordingly.
6. Abnormal pump temperature and bearing heating: Loosen the belt slightly and check if the oil circuit is unobstructed and if the cooling water is sufficient.
Fuel tank overheating, exhaust valve overheating: reduce inlet pressure, increase cooling water volume.
7. Occlusion stuck: Check for foreign objects falling in, whether parts are intact, whether lubrication is sufficient, oil volume, oil circuit, and oil pump.
8. Excessive motor current or blown fuse: Check the cause of excessive current, check the fuse capacity, adjust or replace it.
