The internal structure of rotary vane pump

All parts of rotary vane vacuum pump are immersed in vacuum oil, also known as oil seal vane vacuum pump, as shown in figure 1.

The vacuum pump studio is located in the oil tank, and the inlet pipe is connected with the pump room. The rotor is installed eccentrically in the pump room. There are two blades and a spring between the two blades. When the rotor rotates, the upper part is always kept close to the inner wall of the pump, which ensures that the suction area and exhaust area of the pump are separated.

During rotor rotation, the volume connected with the inlet pipe increases, and the air is drawn into the volume. When rotating continuously, the blade in the rotor slot separates the volume from the inlet pipe, and the volume decreases accordingly. When the exhaust pressure is reached, the exhaust valve is opened and the gas is discharged out of the pump through the exhaust pipe. Pump discharge valve must be lower than tank level.

Oil filling is the characteristic of this pump for sealing clearance and exhaust valve, oil filled with clearance volume and lubricating movement part. This kind of pump is not suitable for suctioning gas containing too much oxygen, explosive, corrosive, chemical action on pump oil and dust in its proper position.
