Notes for Roots blower as special gas:

1. If it is found that roots blower has abnormal sound, serious motor heating, shell charged, switch tripping, unable to start and other phenomena during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection. In order to ensure safety, it is strictly prohibited to carry out maintenance in Roots blower operation. After maintenance, the test run should be carried out for about five minutes, and the machine can be started again after confirming that there is no abnormal phenomenon.

2. Roots blower can operate under complete normal condition. Ensure sufficient capacity of power supply facilities and stable voltage, and it is strictly prohibited to operate without phase. In addition, the power supply lines must be dedicated lines, and temporary lines should not be used for long-term power supply.

3. The use environment of Roots blower should be kept clean, the fan should be cleaned regularly, the dust and other impurities in the fan and pipe should be removed regularly, and the fan surface should be clean and the air inlet and outlet should be unblocked.

4. According to the operating environmental conditions of Roots blower, the lubricating grease of bearing should be supplemented or replaced from time to time (the motor closed bearing does not need to be replaced within the service life). In order to ensure the good lubrication of Roots blower in the operation process, the oil filling frequency shall not be less than 1000 hours / time. The bearing and motor bearing shall be sealed, and 2 / 3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearing shall be filled with lithium based lubricating grease. It is strictly forbidden to run without oil.

5. Roots blower should be stored in a dry environment to avoid moisture on the motor. When roots blower is stored in the open air, rain proof measures shall be taken. In the process of storage and handling, the fan should be prevented from collision to avoid damage to the fan.
