Commodity description
Vacuum Tesco supplies KF flange parts. KF is a quick installation and disassembly connection for vacuum systems. It consists of the following components: two symmetrical distributed KF flanges, O-ring, centering bracket, clamp. The connection can be loosened or pressed simply by twisting the dish nut with your hand without the need for other tools.
Quality assurance
(1) Strict material selection

(2) Flange processing integrated forming
The surface of all parts is glossy and smooth, with no burr and flying edge. R1.5mm perfectly rounded corners.
Matching size tolerance range: ±20~50 m, surface roughness range: 0.8~1.6 m.
(3) Leakage detection of welding components
The vacuum welded assembly will pass the helium mass spectrometry leak detector to detect the leakage rate ≤1E-11 pa.m3/s.
(4) Product cleaning and surface treatment
The vacuum products are cleaned by ultrasonic wave and the welding parts are electropolished.
(5) Baking degassing
All components are subjected to a baking degassing process that reduces the time required for customers to obtain the desired vacuum and ensures quality.
(6) Products are interchangeable
The ultra high vacuum parts adopt the metric inch system double standard, can be used with domestic and foreign instruments, the product has the interchangeability characteristic.
(7) Vacuum packaging of products
Vacuum products are vacuum-packed after vacuum degassing.
