1、 It must be done when taking over the shift

1. Wear labor protection articles and work with certificate as required.

2. Understand the equipment operation, remaining problems and precautions of the shift. Check according to the shift handover, including the integrity of safety facilities, equipment operation and civilized production.

3. According to the content of shift handover, conduct detailed inspection together with the shift handover person on site. After confirming that there is no problem, shift handover is allowed and the shift handover record is filled in together.

2、 Must be done before work

1. Check whether the vacuum pump, motor and other electrical components are in good condition. Whether the transmission device makes abnormal noise, and whether the shield is firm and deformed.

2. Check the air-water separator for water leakage and blockage. Whether the packing is sufficient and tight, and whether the gland is flat and tight. Whether the water pressure gauge and vacuum gauge are intact and accurate.

3. During the commissioning inspection, the surrounding environment of the equipment must be inspected to see if there are any staff. When the situation is not clear, do not start the device. Start the point test of no-load and check the operation of the vacuum pump.

4. Check whether the valves of vacuum pump and vacuum pipeline system are tight and flexible, and whether they are in the switch position when parking. Whether the cooling water pipeline and valve are tight, flexible and easy to use.

5. Check whether the water level of the water seal meets the requirements, and there shall be no slime deposition and no plugging of the filtrate pipe at the bottom.

6. Check whether the safety devices of the equipment are complete and effective.

7. Contact the vacuum filter driver to know the number and serial number of the vacuum filter, and arrange the vacuum pump to be put into use.

3、 Must be done at work

1. After hearing the start-up signal and confirming that it is correct, you can answer to start up and leave the equipment quickly for a certain distance, and the central control room will start up uniformly.

2. After starting the vacuum pump, adjust the sealing water volume according to the flow meter index immediately, (the pressure of sealing water is more than 1500L / h, less than 2300l / h) the water flow is interrupted during operation, and the control room will alarm and stop.

3. During operation, check whether there is abnormal sound in the body and whether there is local overheating in the body. If there is any abnormality, it indicates that there is a problem with the equipment, and immediately report to the dispatching room.

4. Observe the vacuum gauge, which should be greater than 0.04MPa. Pay attention to observe the temperature of the casing and bearing. The control room will alarm and stop if the temperature is too high.

5. The joint of pipeline and pump wall shall be free of water leakage and air leakage. The air water separation closed water tank and various pipelines shall not be blocked, water or air leakage.

6. Safety relief valve, in the start-up and stop, are automatically connected with the atmosphere, to protect equipment from damage. No one is allowed to turn the safety decompression system at will once all the screwing is set.

7. Check whether the oil level of each oil tank is at the red point of the observation window. When the oil level is outside the red circle, the equipment is forbidden to operate.

8. Check whether the fastening bolts are loose at any time, and tighten them immediately if any.

9. Always pay attention to the color of the water discharged from the drain pipe of the machine, and check the vacuum filter system in time when it turns black.

10. In case of the following conditions, the vehicle must be stopped:

(1) there is abnormal sound and excessive casing vibration;

(2) the pump body temperature is too high;

(3) the sealing water is interrupted or the quantity is small;

(4) abnormal pressure;

(5) the silencer ejects black water;

11. When the lubricating oil level is close to the red circle of the observation window, add new oil. When the oil level is higher or lower than the red circle, it is forbidden to start the equipment.

12. The water inlet holes in the pump shall not be blocked, and the air-water temperature shall not be too high.

13. If abnormal sound or local overheating is found in the body, report it immediately and stop for inspection.
In case of abnormal failure, emergency stop can be carried out on site, report immediately and find out the cause.

4、 It must be done after parking

1. Under normal conditions, the dispatching room will centrally park.

2, shut off the water pipe after parking, then adjust the valve, release the pump memory water.

3. Observe whether there is water flow through the flowmeter immediately after shutdown. If there is water flow through, it indicates electromagnetic failure, and report to the central control room for maintenance.

5、 It must be done during shift handover

1. Check whether the tools, fire-fighting equipment, door and window glass, electrical equipment, communication, lighting and equipment are in good condition and complete.

2. Do a good job in the civilized and sanitary work of the post.

3. Fill in the equipment operation record.

4. Report the working condition of the shift and precautions for equipment operation to the driver on duty, and cooperate with the driver on duty to carry out a detailed inspection on the equipment.

6、 Necessary knowledge of the post

1. Familiar with the working principle of vacuum pump, familiar with the operation technology of vacuum pump, able to check, analyze, prevent and eliminate faults, familiar with equipment maintenance methods.

2. Master the configuration of vacuum filtration system, filtrate discharge mode, layout and working mode of cooling water system in the workshop, and master the correct operation method.

3. Be familiar with the performance, use and maintenance of electrical equipment in this position and relevant basic electrical knowledge. Memorize the contact signals with relevant posts.

4. Clean the water drain and air bag regularly, and handle the procedures for power failure of vacuum pump.
