Vacuum drying equipment: Vacuum dryer consists of three parts: drying cabinet, condenser and condensate collector, condensation system and vacuum pump. The wet material is placed in shallow dish and placed on the shelf of the drying cabinet. The heating steam is introduced by the vapor population. It passes through the sandwich shelf. The condensate water flows out from the lower outlet of the drying box through the condensate tube to the condensate collector. The main characteristics of vacuum drying are as follows:

(3) Low drying temperature, no overheating, easy evaporation of water, short drying time.

Vacuum drying characteristics:

The process of vacuum drying chamber is to place the drying materials in a sealed drying chamber and heat the drying materials continuously while vacuuming them with a vacuum system, so that the moisture in the materials can diffuse to the surface through pressure difference or concentration difference. The water molecules can obtain enough kinetic energy on the surface of the materials and escape to the low-pressure space of the vacuum chamber after overcoming the mutual attraction of the molecules. In the vacuum drying process, the pressure in the drying chamber is always lower than the atmospheric pressure, the number of gas molecules is small, the density is low, the oxygen content is low, so it can dry materials which are easy to oxidize and deteriorate, inflammable and explosive dangerous goods, etc. It can play a certain role in disinfection and sterilization of drugs, food and biological products. It can reduce the chance of material contamination or inhibit the growth of some bacteria.
