1. Overview

Compared with other material transportation methods, vacuum suction transportation has the advantages of simple equipment, less floor area, reliable suction transportation and simple operation. The whole system is under negative pressure during operation, with no dust and better working conditions. In contrast, its defects are high energy consumption and severe wear at the elbow. However, some foreign equipment has been treated by lining the inner wall of elbow pipe with soft rubber.

According to the vacuum level and vacuum pump is different, vacuum suction can be divided into high vacuum suction and low vacuum suction. Jet pump and water ring vacuum pump are usually used as power sources for high vacuum suction and delivery. The vacuum degree of the system is high, usually 5 * 104pa-3 * 104pa, and the gas flow is small. When the vacuum degree of water ring vacuum pump is 60%, the theoretical air flow only needs 660m3 / H. Centrifugal fans and fans are usually used as power sources for low vacuum suction and delivery. The vacuum degree of the system is relatively low, usually between 9 * 104pa and 8 * 104pa. Therefore, the conveying distance is relatively short, not exceeding 5m, but the air volume is large. For example, the 7-17-9 1 / 2 fan is often selected, and the air volume can reach 1800m3 / h.

Vacuum suction transportation has been widely used at home and abroad. From the loading and unloading of large ships to the transportation of bulk materials in metallurgy and forging factories, as well as the transportation, dust collection, ash cleaning and ash treatment of flour mills and breweries, this method can be used in all localities where bulk materials only need to be transported and treated. It is reported that the vacuum pumping equipment has been produced by special manufacturers in foreign countries, and all the finalized parts of the system have been standardized and serialized.

2. The main type and composition of vacuum pumping system

The following takes the high vacuum suction system as an example to introduce the primary equipment in the system.

① The equipment of suction nozzle is simple, but it is very important. Generally, the suction nozzle is inserted into the loose shape, and there are two main types, one is single cylinder type, the other is double cylinder type. When the system is vacuumized, the air will pass through the primary air of the material and the secondary air from the opening on the suction nozzle body to bring the material into the feeding pipe. Whether it is a single cylinder or a double cylinder type, the secondary air volume of the suction nozzle needs to be adjusted. After practice, it can be fixed at the best place.

② The separator is usually a seat type separator, which sucks the bulk material and powder in the material pipe of the vacuum system

Centrifugal type and gravity type are common separators, among which gravity type structure is simple and air volume is small. 95% of the bulk material and powder in the material pipe are separated into the separate silo, and a small amount of gas with dust material enters the dust removal bin.

③ In order to ensure that the exhaust gas of the exhaust system reaches the environmental protection standard and reduce the wear of the vacuum pump caused by the dusty gas, the separated gas needs to pass through the cyclone dust collector and water bath dust collector. The water bath dust remover needs to adhere to a certain water surface, the air inlet pipe is inserted into the water, the dust and air flow are deposited in the water, and the purified air flow enters into the water ring pump.

Water ring vacuum pump is often used in high vacuum pumping system. The noise of water ring vacuum pump is low. When the vacuum degree is 60%, the power of vacuum pumping system is the highest.

⑤ Water and gas pipes and seamless steel pipes are mostly used for pipelines and valve pipes. The wall thickness of the conveying pipeline should not be less than 4mm-6mm. In order to reduce the loss of vacuum pressure, the radius of elbow should not be less than 6-10 times of the inner diameter of the pipe. The diameter of the gas tube can be equal to or 0.8 times of the diameter of the feeding pipe.

The valve of vacuum suction and delivery system requires high air tightness, otherwise it will affect the suction and delivery capacity. Generally, ball valve and spider valve are selected. Star feeder and heavy hammer air lock are not suitable for continuous discharge. It is better to select double cone amplitude sealing locking device.
