Water Ring Vacuum Pump for Vacuum Negative Pressure Adsorption

A vacuum negative pressure device specially designed for woodworking adsorption, glass adsorption and metal adsorption needs vacuum adsorption, vacuum traction, vacuum lifting and vacuum intermittent feeding.

Water ring vacuum pump is composed of main negative pressure power source water ring vacuum pump, vacuum check valve, muffler, solenoid valve, air switch, filter, water bath dust tank (user selection) circulating water tank, pipeline and valve. Its specific volume has shrunk sharply. For example, when the absolute pressure of steam is 4KPa, the volume of steam is more than 30,000 times larger than that of water. When the exhaust steam condenses into water, the volume is greatly reduced, which makes the condenser steam side form a high vacuum, and the necessary condition for the steam-water system to complete the cycle.

It is precisely because of the extremely high vacuum inside the condenser, so all the equipment connected with it may leak air into the condenser because of the laxity, plus the non-condensable gas in the exhaust steam of the steam turbine. If it is not pumped out in time, the vacuum in the condenser is caused by the cooling of the exhaust steam of the steam turbine into condensate water. It will gradually increase the pressure value in the condenser and decrease the vacuum, resulting in the increase of the steam exhaust enthalpy, the decrease of the effective enthalpy and the decrease of the steam cycle efficiency of the steam turbine. It has been shown that the thermal efficiency of the unit increases by 70 kj/kw and decreases by 1.1% when the vacuum decreases by 1 KPa. The function of the water jet pump or the water ring vacuum pump is to extract the non-condensable gas from the condenser to maintain the vacuum of the condenser.
