In industries with temperature requirements, high and low temperature circulating temperature control system equipment has been widely used, which can realize two functions of heating and cooling. During refrigeration and heating, the temperature change in the temperature controller can be realized by circulating the fluid medium (refrigerant), so as to reach the temperature required by the process.

1、 What is the function of valves in high and low temperature circulating temperature control system

1. The valve is used to control the refrigerant flow and direction. Valves are required for closing and starting. The valve shall be installed at a place where it is easy to disassemble and maintain. Set various valves, pay attention to the refrigerant flow direction, and do not install upside down.

2、 What should be paid attention to when installing the valve

1. The thermal expansion valve used in the high and low temperature circulating temperature control system shall be horizontally installed. Please pay attention to the inlet and outlet connections of the valve, usually with a filter.

2. When installing flanged valves, the flanges and flanges of the valves shall be padded with high-pressure asbestos sheets, and the thickness shall be determined according to the depth of the flange groove on the valve. If the valve is large and the groove is deep, thick asbestos board shall be used to avoid the gap between the concave convex contact surface and the loose sealing. Assemble the flange valve to ensure that all bolts are evenly stressed, otherwise the concave convex interface is easy to be biased.

3. Install the stop valve so that the refrigerant flows from the bottom of the valve to the top. When installed on the horizontal pipeline, the valve rod shall be vertical or inclined at a corresponding angle to prevent the valve rod from downward. If the valve position is not accessible or higher, it can be installed horizontally to facilitate operation. The spool shall open automatically. The core of the lift check valve shall be perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The valve core plate of the rotary check valve shall rotate and be installed horizontally.

4. The integrated valve of the high and low temperature circulating temperature control system shall be directly installed on the stop valve at the outlet of the equipment. The arrow of the valve shall be consistent with the flow direction of the working medium. The solenoid valve shall be horizontally installed at the outlet of the equipment.
