2BE3 big capacity liquid ring pump can be driven by belt
As we all know, most of the 2BE3 series vacuum pumps require a reducer to be directly connected to the drive, especially for pumps above 2BE3-52-336rpm. In traditional designs, a reducer must be used for direct drive. However, the cost of most reducers is the cost of the motor is much higher than that of the motor. In order to save costs for customers and ensure quality and performance, the EVP engineer team designed a belt drive for the 2B3 large pump;

“Replace the old pump Nash 904T1 980RPM motor 450KW 3PH 380V 50hz;
The Engineers of EVP VACUUM choose 2BE3-67-270rpm 3P-450Kw belt drive, 8V-1600-12 pulley, tapered bushing, as shown in the figure (without tapered assembly bushing), no need to add the high cost reducer”
This design directly saves about 33,000 US dollars in the cost of the H1SH11-5.5++ coupling film direct transmission of the reducer for the customer.
