2bv2061 water ring vacuum pump working principle
When the impeller of the water ring vacuum pump rotates against the market principle, the water is thrown around by the impeller. Due to the centrifugal force, the water forms a closed ring of approximately equal thickness, which is determined by the shape of the pump cavity. The inner surface of the lower part of the water ring is just tangent to the impeller box, and the inner surface of the upper part of the water ring is just in contact with the top of the blade (in fact, the blade has a certain insertion depth in the water ring). At this time, a crescent space is formed between the impeller shell and the inner interface of the water ring, and this space is divided into several small cavities equal to the number of blades by the impeller blades of the 2BV water ring vacuum pump. Precautions and methods for installation and operation of 2bv2061 water ring vacuum pump
1. 2bv2061 water ring vacuum pump installation :
During the installation of water ring vacuum pump and compressor, the installation surface must be horizontal and firmly installed with bolts through the holes at the bottom corner. In order to prevent welding slag from entering the vacuum pump during installation, a filter screen shall be installed on the suction pipe during installation.
2. Installation of air water separator of 2bv2061 water ring vacuum pump
The air water separator of the water ring vacuum pump can be directly installed on the exhaust port of the water ring vacuum pump and fixed firmly with bolts. The gas-water separator has a pipeline connected with the pump, which supplies the working water demand of the water ring vacuum pump. The rest of the working water is supplied by the water supply pipe, and the water supply volume is adjusted by the valve on the pipeline.
A check valve shall be installed on the intake pipe of the water ring vacuum pump or compressor to prevent the water in the vacuum pump or compressor from returning to the system under the pressure of the exhaust pipe during shutdown.
3. 2bv2061 water ring vacuum pump starts
Before the water ring vacuum pump stops for a long time, it must be turned several times by hand to confirm that there is no jamming or other damage in the water ring vacuum pump.
The water ring vacuum pump is started in the following order (see Figure 5)
(1) open the exhaust pipe valve.
(2) start the motor (pay attention to the positive and negative rotation of the motor)
(3) quickly open the water supply pipe 2 in Figure 5. Gradually increase the water supply until the water supply meets the specified requirements (pay attention not to run the vacuum pump dry).
4. 2bv2061 water ring vacuum pump shutdown
Stop the water ring vacuum pump in the following order:
(1) (if there is a valve in the air inlet pipe) close the valve on the air inlet pipe.
(2) close the water supply pipe 2 and shut down the vacuum pump quickly.
(3) after shutdown, the water in the pump cavity shall be drained to prevent the blade and pump shaft from breaking when starting again.
