* APG500 resistance (Pirani) precision transmitter is designed for vacuum measurement of gas with a vacuum range of 3× 10-2 … 1.0 × 105Pa.

* This transmitter cannot be used to measure flammable or explosive gases that can react in a certain atmosphere.
