4. Vacuum volume examination:

Determine the time required to achieve the required vacuum, the resistance and leakage of the vacuum pipe. Considering the requirement of vacuum degree, the pumping rate needed by vacuum should be maintained under certain technological requirements.

5. Determine the limit vacuum:

The limit vacuum of the vacuum pump system is checked on the basis of determining the vacuum required by the process, because the limit vacuum of the system determines the optimum working vacuum of the system. Generally speaking, the limit vacuum of the system is 20% lower than the working vacuum of the system and 50% lower than the limit vacuum of the front pump.
