Our company uses 3D modeling software to establish 3D models according to actual proportions. Based on customer requirements such as text and language sketches, we professionally design product plans that are suitable for the customer’s needs (all designs are free of charge until the plan is finalized).

In order to produce products that best match customer needs, we need to inform our company of the following issues:

1. Is there any temperature generated during the use of the product, what are the degrees Celsius for high and low temperatures, and whether internal and external factors such as water or liquid nitrogen cooling are required.

2. Are there any special requirements for the material of the product? The commonly used materials for vacuum chambers are: carbon steel, aluminum, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, etc

3. The linking method of the product, the method of vacuuming, the vacuum pump used for vacuuming, etc

4. The requirements for the vacuum degree of the cavity, whether protective gas or other gases need to be injected after the cavity is evacuated.

Sealing method: fluororubber O-ring or metal oxygen free copper sealing ring

Factory inspection items:

1. Vacuum leakage rate inspection: Standard inspection leakage rate: 1.3 * 10-8Pa · L/S

2. Water cooling water pressure testing: Standard testing pressure: 8 kilograms, 24-hour leak free testing.

Internal and external surface treatment: wire drawing polishing treatment, sandblasting electrolytic treatment, acid washing treatment, electrolytic polishing treatment, and mirror polishing treatment.
