DLV Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump Seal

EVP DLV liquid ring vacuum pump is a high-performance two-stage vacuum pump, which is updated and adjusted on the basis of the German SIHI LPH series (and Speck VH series) two-stage liquid ring vacuum pump. Compared with the conventional 2SK series two-stage vacuum pump, its performance is more stable and more energy efficient.

Conventional standard mechanical seals generally consist of series (form) + inner diameter size, and the corresponding mechanical seal can be purchased according to this model.

The sealing method of the EVP DLV liquid ring vacuum pump is the same as that of the German SIHI LPH series and Speck VH series two-stage liquid ring vacuum pumps, using mechanical seals;

The number of mechanical seals is generally as many as there are pump covers, and DLV series liquid ring vacuum pumps use two mechanical seals.

For example: DLV -110 , DLV-140 , DLV-180 use the same set of mechanical seals, the inner diameter of the mechanical seal is 38 mm

DLV-300, DLV-350, DLV-400 use the same set of machine seal, the inner diameter of the machine seal is 43 mm

DLV-500 and DLV-600 use the same set of mechanical seals, and the inner diameter of the mechanical seal is 70mm

EVP usually selects the pump material and mechanical seal material according to the customer’s working conditions, but the default mechanical seal material is at least graphite to silicon carbide on the sealing surface, fluororubber sealing ring, and the metal material of the mechanical seal is at least SS304.

Just like the German SIHI LPH series and Speck VH series two-stage liquid ring vacuum pumps, the EVP DLV 400 and below models use the following mechanical seals, which distinguish the front and rear mechanical seals, because their left and right different rotation:
