2、 Manual adjustment: After confirming that the wiring is correct, turn on the power and check whether the control box is in the “manual” state. If not, press the change-over switch to set the control box to the “manual” state. Use the handwheel to open the electric butterfly valve to about 50%. There are two possibilities for electric equipment to operate by pressing the valve opening button when the control cabinet is initially powered on: one is to operate in the correct direction, and the valve opening indicator is on; Another possibility is that the electric equipment is always on after it stops running in the full open position. The opening display is active set to 100%. Press the valve closing button, the electric equipment closing switch, the electric equipment closing indicator light will be on, and the electric equipment closing switch will be on until the full closing direction is terminated, the valve closing indicator light will be on, and the opening display will be automatically set to 0%. Another possibility is that the valve operates in the wrong direction. Although the switch indicator of the valve is on, the electric device operates in the closing direction until it stops in the full closing direction. In this case, it is unnecessary to change the power supply phase sequence urgently, because the conditioning control box has an active power supply phase sequence logic correction function.
3、 Function of active logic calibration of power supply phase sequence: When the actual operation direction of the control box is inconsistent with the correct direction, let it operate to the full open or full open direction. At this time, the correct operation direction of the active logic calibration of power supply phase sequence of the control box is 3 seconds.
4、 Active operation: connect the external control input signal, set the control box to the “active” state, adjust the input signal, and the electric butterfly valve can operate actively according to the change of the input signal. At this time, the equipment commissioning of the control box and electric equipment is over.
5、 When the electric device is running in the open or close direction, when the electric device presses the stop key, it will stop this instant orientation. When the appliance is stopped, press this key to eliminate the noise. Each electric butterfly valve control box distribution board shall be equipped with an air switch.
