This is silencer which is in our standard supply also.
3.What is the purpose of this port? Why temperature sensor needed? Do we need temperature sensor?

Mark 5 and Mark 13 are the same thing, it is the outlet of the cooling water jacket. Its main function is to empty the water in the jacket in low temperature to prevent the freeze crack pump body

Mark 6 and Mark 12 are the same thing-water drainage port, because the left and right holes are connected, only one drain ball valve is installed.
7.What is the purpose of this port? What we can see under this plug?
Mark 7 and Mark 11 are the same thing, this is the middle purge port of screw pump, which is generally not used.

9.Does this valve is used for cool gas purging? Is it OK to use air filter in our case?
This is the purge port of end of the screw pump, the pic 1 is automatic purging as required by the customer, in figure 2 Mark 11 on the left black one is the air filter purging, there is a manual ball valve in the middle, you can manually adjust the size of the air inlet and the size of air inflow, the purging port can be normally opened according to the vacuum requirement, impact on vacuum degree is small, the working process of the screw pump, the inhalant dust is easy to remain in the end, open the port and let appropriate air inflow come into is beneficial to clean the pump cavity.
