EVP-150PB oil-free scroll vacuum pump is a dry vacuum pump successfully developed by Shanghai EVP Vacuum Technology Co., Ltd. – Vacuum Pump R&D Department in November 2021. It has been officially mass-produced and sold in December 2021, getting very positive feedback from clients; This structure of EVP-150PB vacuum pump can be truly oil-free, while the basic oil-free scroll compression technology structure, so it has the following advantages:
1.small clearance, low leakage, high compression ratio and stable pumping speed in a wide pressure range.
2.the dynamic and static vortex formed by the working chamber because it is symmetrical, and the pump structure is simple, with few parts, so the vibration noise is small, and high reliability.
3.a wide range of working pressure, because the change of compression volume is continuous, thus the driving torque changes little, the power changes little.
4.since it works in an oil-free environment, there is no pollution to the pumped container and condensable gas can be pumped out.
5.since the main parts of the compression chamber are made of anodized aluminum and PTFE, it cannot pump corrosive gases/liquids, especially strong acids and alkalis.
(If the pumping only contains common organic solvent medium, it can be used normally)
