Correct Maintenance and Use of High Performance Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump:

9. To stop using high performance liquid ring vacuum pump, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, then stop the motor.

10. High performance liquid ring vacuum pump changes lubricating oil in 100 hours within one month, and then every 500 hours.

11. Regularly adjust the packing cap to ensure the normal drip leakage in the packing chamber of high performance liquid ring vacuum pump (drip leakage is appropriate).

12. Periodically check the wear of the sleeve of high performance liquid ring vacuum pump, and replace it in time after the wear is serious.

13. When high performance liquid ring vacuum pump is used in cold winter season, after stopping, it is necessary to unscrew the screw plug at the lower part of the pump body to remove the medium. Prevent frost cracking.

14. High-performance liquid-ring vacuum pump has been out of service for a long time. It is necessary to dismantle all the pumps, dry the water, and coat the rotating parts and joints with grease for proper storage.
