3.The setting of the hydrogen compressor should meet the following requirements:
a) The suction end of the hydrogen compressor should be equipped with measures to prevent negative pressure, such as a hydrogen buffer tank.
b) Several hydrogen compressors can be connected in parallel to draw in hydrogen from the same pipeline, but measures should be taken to ensure that the hydrogen on the suction side is at positive pressure.
c) A bypass pipe should be installed between the intake and exhaust pipes of the compressor.
4.The setting of safety protection devices for hydrogen compressors should comply with the following regulations:
a) A safety valve should be installed between the compressor outlet and the first shut-off valve.
b) The inlet and outlet of the compressor should be equipped with high and low pressure alarm and over limit shutdown devices.
c) The lubricating oil system should be equipped with an alarm device for low oil pressure or high oil temperature.
d) The cooling water system of the compressor should be equipped with temperature or pressure alarm and shutdown devices.
e) The inlet and outlet pipelines of the compressor should be equipped with displacement blowdown ports.
f) When using a membrane compressor, a membrane rupture alarm and shutdown interlock system should be installed.
5.In addition to meeting the requirements, the layout of the 5 hydrogen compressors should also comply with the following regulations:
a) The hydrogen compressor set between the compressors should be arranged in a single row, and the distance between it and the wall should not be less than 1.0m. The width of the main channel should not be less than 1.5m.
b) When the hydrogen compressor is installed in a non open cabinet, safety facilities such as exhaust facilities, hydrogen concentration alarm, flame alarm, emergency exhaust and interlocking devices should be installed.
6.The electrical device of the hydrogen compressor should meet the requirements.
