Using this principle, liquid ring vacuum pumps can also be applied to exhaust gas absorption. The application of liquid ring vacuum pump in exhaust gas absorption has several major advantages:

① A certain negative pressure can be formed on the inlet side of the exhaust gas, keeping the entire device in a negative pressure state, effectively ensuring the leakage of exhaust gas, which is conducive to the safety of the operating environment and the occupational health of operators.

The size of negative pressure can be determined according to process requirements, and automatic interlocking can also be used to ensure that the negative pressure is stable within a certain value.

② During this process, the liquid ring vacuum pump can act as a fan, but the pressure difference is stronger than the fan; It can also play a stirring role, but the effect is stronger than stirring, and it is simple and easy to operate.

③ In addition, the selection of working fluid is also determined based on the different absorbed media and principles. For example, absorbing acid gas can use alkaline solution as the working fluid, which can neutralize and dissolve.

Absorb a small amount of alcohols and use water as a working fluid; Absorbed media can also be used as working fluid, etc. Simultaneously changing the temperature of the working fluid can also enhance the absorption effect.

Material conveying

In chemical production, material transportation is also one of the common chemical operations. In principle, material transportation refers to imparting a certain amount of kinetic energy to the material, which means giving it a certain pressure difference, and the liquid ring vacuum pump precisely meets this condition.

Compared to other mechanical vacuum pumps, using liquid ring vacuum pumps for material transportation has several major advantages:
