Vacuum clamp is a kind of convenient fastener for quick connection of vacuum pipe.

Vacuum clamp is divided into stainless steel and aluminum alloy according to the material.

The stainless steel material is made by advanced casting technology. After the blank is precision cast, it passes through the vibration light place, and then it is assembled. After the assembly is completed, the second polishing treatment is carried out, and then it is packaged and sold.

The vacuum parts belong to the connecting parts of pipes, pumps and valves of vacuum devices. In the application of vacuum system, there is no uniform standard due to different service conditions and regions, so it is necessary to specify which standard to adopt.

Usually, we have to consider the following conditions:
a. What standard is adopted.
b. High vacuum or ultra-high vacuum is required.
c. Temperature resistance of pipeline.
d. Whether the working environment is corrosive.
e. Whether the replacement is convenient.

At present, vacuum parts are divided into the following three types:
NW series: more commonly used in American standards
KF series: specifications specified by international standards organization
ISO series: specifications specified by ISO
