Leakage detection method: Based on the principle of helium mass spectrometry leakage detection, helium gas is used as a tracer gas. Helium gas is filled into the compressor in a vacuum box, and then the leakage situation is judged by the helium mass spectrometer leakage detector HLD-600. In vacuum mode, the leakage rate is 1 × 10-7 pa m3/s.
Basic workflow:
1. Manually place the compressor into the vacuum box, start the button, and close the vacuum box.
2. After the door is closed in place, the cylinder clamp clamps the compressor and clamps it in place.
3. The vacuum pump vacuums the vacuum box to a certain pressure, opens the leak detection valve at the front end of the leak detector to test the background of the vacuum box, and records the background value.
4. Close the leak detection valve, then the system fills the compressor with helium at the specified pressure, and the leak detector opens the leak detection valve to test the leakage rate.
5.If there is leakage in the compressor, the leakage rate value will change, and the system will automatically determine how high the leakage rate is Then output the signal.
6. The inspection is completed, the vacuum box is deflated and the helium in the compressor is discharged outdoors through pipelines Helium is not recovered.
