Lining or coating special material for 2BE3 series liquid ring vacuum pump

The pump cover of the 2BE3 series liquid ring vacuum pump produced by EVP company can be lined, and the material is PP (see below picture), which can effectively deal with the problem of anti-corrosion. At present, the maximum model which we can do this kind of lining material is till to 2BE350, and 2BE3-52 pump. For more bigger pumps, we can not do that because the volume of the heating furnace is not enough for the more bigger size pumps. In addition, for the plastic lining material, EVP company only recommends lining the pump cover. Other parts, especially for the flow parts, are not recommended to be lined with plastic, the reason is that it will easily fall off.

Except the plastic lining, it can also be painted with anti-corrosion coating (that is, ceramic coating, mixed with metal inside). If ceramic coating is used, all types of pumps can be made, such as pump cover, pump body, impeller, and disc. Do ceramic coating. See below pictures:

The color of the ceramic coating is white or black. The reason is that the medium is different. Some anti-corrosion effects are weaker. The coating materials are also expensive and cheap. There is also a sebf coating, which is also anti-corrosive, and the price is different.

The anti-corrosion coating sprayed on the flow parts of the pump will also be easy to fall off. The coating can only be delayed, but cannot be solved fundamentally. The specific delay time needs to be determined according to the specific working conditions of the customer.

The effect of anti-corrosion coating on pump performance generally means that the air volume becomes smaller, and the gap cannot be guaranteed. After the disc is coated, it cannot be absolutely parallel. The parallelism is destroyed, the gap needs to be enlarged, and the air volume and vacuum degree are somewhat affected. .
