It is a kind of sheet material which is made of glass cloth impregnated with epoxy resin and dried to remove solvent in the manufacturing process of PCB circuit board or copper clad plate. Working principle
When the machine is powered on, the upper and lower heating plates of the machine begin to heat up, and the vacuum system starts to work at the same time, so that the space in the working area is close to a vacuum state, ensuring that all the air between the laminated materials and the materials is discharged. When the temperature reaches the melting temperature of the prepreg, the prepreg will melt to closely adhere to the copper foil. The subsequent process is the heat preservation and cooling process, so that the prepreg and the copper foil become one, which fully meets the requirements of the product and eliminates the stress between the materials. If you want to make a multi-layer board, you can make the inner layer board according to the above requirements, and add the prepreg and copper foil to complete it. The prepreg serves as insulation and reinforcement.

But because of its design, the oil rotary vane vacuum pump is vacuum oil as the sealing medium, vacuum oil is sensitive to water vapor, high temperature and impurities.When vacuum laminating machine is used, the heating temperature is generally more than 200 degrees, such a high temperature may exist in the production of raw materials-epoxy resin evaporated into gas and sucked into the vacuum pump chamber, and then condensed in the vacuum oil, which may pollute the vacuum oil. Based on our years of experience, we recommend the installation of an intake filter at the air inlet to effectively avoid the risk of vacuum oil emulsification.
