The suction system of medical center is made up of vacuum pump unit of central suction station as negative pressure source. The suction system can make the suction system pipeline reach the required negative pressure value through vacuum pump suction. It generates suction at the terminal of operation room, rescue room, treatment room and each ward. It is mainly used to suck sputum, blood, pus and other pollutants from patients.
System composition:
Central suction station: also known as negative pressure station, consists of vacuum pump unit and vacuum container of independent operating room, generally including vacuum pumps, vacuum valves, vacuum meters, vacuum tanks, contamination tank, connecting pipes and electronic control cabinets.
Suction pipeline: the central suction station to each ward, each floor, each ward of the pipeline system, mainly including vacuum pipes and some pipeline components.
Terminals: the end of the suction line, plug-in self-sealing quick connector, connecting suction device and suction bottle.

Main features:

Under the automatic control mode, the system starts and stops the vacuum pump according to the detected pressure signal. When the negative pressure in the vacuum tank reaches 0.08MPa, the vacuum pump stops automatically, and when the negative pressure in the vacuum tank decreases to 0.03MPa, the vacuum pump starts automatically. The pressure of automatic opening and closing of the control pump can be adjusted according to the requirements of the hospital. When the negative pressure value is higher than 0.029MPa or less than 0.083MPa, the acousto-optic alarm device starts.
