Natural gas decarbonization vacuum pump structure features:

The outlet and inlet of MDEA solution pump are all vertical upward. The suction section, the middle section and the discharge section of the pump are connected into a whole with the tension bolt. The pump rotor is composed of impeller, balance plate and other parts installed on the shaft. Both ends of the rotor are supported by the rolling shaft pump or sliding bearing, and the rolling bearing is lubricated with grease. The axial force of the rotor is balanced by the balance plate.

1. Stator part: it is mainly composed of water inlet section, middle section, water outlet section and guide vane. Each section is tensioned with a through bar to form a working room. The export is vertical and the import is generally horizontal. According to the demand, the import and export can also be vertical and upward.

2. Rotor part: mainly composed of shaft, impeller, balance plate, shaft sleeve, etc. The shaft transmits the power to the impeller to make it work; the balance plate is used to balance the axial force; the shaft is equipped with a replaceable shaft sleeve to protect the shaft.

3. Bearing part: mainly composed of bearing body, bearing and bearing gland. The pump is lubricated by sliding bearing and thin oil, and the other pumps are lubricated by rolling bearing and grease. Rolling bearing structure can also be used.

4. Shaft seal: it is generally sealed with soft packing, mainly composed of the sealing box body, packing and water retaining ring on the water inlet section and tail cover. There is a certain pressure of water in the sealing cavity, which plays the role of water sealing, water cooling and lubrication. The water seal water of MDEA solution pump generally comes from the high-pressure water in the pump, the pressure water in the pump or the external water supply. Mechanical seal is widely used.

Transmission: the pump is directly driven by the prime mover through the elastic coupling. Viewed from the prime mover end, the pump rotates clockwise.
