1: Roots water ring vacuum pumpsystem

This vacuum pump unit is complete vacuum equipment which treats general Roots vacuum pump as the main pump, two-stage water-ring vacuum pump as backing pump to achieve automatic open, close and overload protection.

Besides having some characters of general Roots vacuum pump, this vacuum unit treats two-stage water-ring vacuum pump as backing , so it is specially suitable for industrial-process with a large quantity of vapor and some corrosive gases.The process can used in such as vacuum distillation, vacuum evaporation, dehydration and crystallization in pharmacy, polyester chips drying in textile industry, freezing and drying in food industry could be adopted.

2: Roots rotary vane vacuum pump system

This vacuum system is a complete set of vacuum equipment , which treats roots vacuum pump as the main vacuum pump,rotary-vane (or slide valve) vacuum pump as backing pump equipped with solenoid valve and pipes. this vacuum equipment has the features such as compact structure, easy to operate, good capacity of extracting and short time extracting.It is widely used in the equipment such as vacuum metallurgy, vacuum degassing, vacuum coating, and space simulation, low-density wind tunnel to extract corrosive gas. It can also be used in the manufacturing process such as distillation, evaporation and drying in the industries such as medicine, food, electronics, chemicals.

Filter or condensers must be equipped for some processes with more water and dusts. In addition, double stage water ring vacuum pump can be use for rough pumping so a large quantity of water and dusts are extracted by water ring vacuum pump. And then the normal life of the unit can be extended.

3:Roots,Rotary Vane and Oil Diffusion Vacuum Pump Unit(Used in evacuation and detection of tank and fluid container)

Oil is used as medium for this vacuum system , so there is some restriction for used this equipment under vacuum environment which should be avoid of oil pollution,Water cooling baffle also need to be used, and the installation of a simple liquid nitrogen trap could make oil back-streaming rate less then 5 ×10-6mg/cm2.min.So it can be also widely applied in the industries such as optics, electronics, vacuum metallurgy, aerospace and nuclear industry.
