The new designed molecular distillation vacuum system including 6 – 15pcs Molecular distillation column, High vacuum manifold, 2 -4 sets moleculare booster pump, low vacuum manifold, two stage series roots vacuum unit, rotary vane vacuum pump. The inlet port of rotary vane vacuum pump connected to the two stage series roots vacuum unit, and the two stage series roots vacuum unit’s outlet port connected to the low vacuum manifold, and the low vacuum manifold connected to the inlet of the moleculare booster pump while the moleculare booster pump’s outlet port connected to the low vacuum manifold, and all the outlet port of moleculare booster pumps connected to the high vacuum manifold.
This new designed moleculare booster pump have a wide applications, the power consumption only a haft and hours of multstage roots-rotary vane vacuum systems and the vacuum pressure much more higher than multstage roots-rotary vane vacuum systems. Which easy to install and operation stable, lower failure rate.
