Working principle of water ring vacuum pump:

In the water ring vacuum pump body, a suitable amount of water is used as the working fluid. When the impeller is rotating clockwise, the water is cast around by the impeller. Due to the effect of centrifugal force, the water forms a closed circle which is determined by the shape of the pump chamber, which is similar to the thickness. The lower part of the water ring is tangent to the impeller hub, and the upper part of the water ring meets the tip of the blade.

At this point, a crescent space is formed between the impeller hub and the water ring, and this space is divided into a number of small Chambers with the same number of blades.
