The oil diffusion pump is used for high vacuum and ultra-high vacuum to remove the gas in the high vacuum system that has no serious harm to the working liquid. This product is used in electronic industry, chemical industry, atomic energy industry, space simulation test.
Working principle of oil diffusion pump: after the prevacuum of about 10pa is pumped into the diffusion pump by the current stage pump, the working liquid with low saturated steam pressure at room temperature will be heated by the heater, and the oil steam generated will move upward along the steam pipe, and spew out at high speed through several stage nozzles, bringing the gas diffused in the oil steam to the front stage end. From the front pump out to the atmosphere, the oil vapor injection in the pump wall after cooling, and then flow back to the pump bottom, thus repeated work, so as to achieve the purpose of high vacuum.
