After 1000 hours of normal operation of the vacuum pump, it is necessary to remove and check the wear condition of the bearing and the end face moving ring, and replace the vulnerable parts that can not be reused. As for the medium that is easy to precipitate and crystallize, the vacuum pump should be cleaned immediately after use to drain the liquid in the pump.

Oil free vacuum pump is widely used in vacuum distillation, evaporation, crystallization, dryness and filtration in petroleum, chemical, food and pharmaceutical fields. Characteristics of oil-free vacuum pump: the wear rate of moving parts is reduced by 100 times, and the service life of gas valve is improved by 50 times. The S-wave poor vibration and low noise are reduced.

If the demand is high, the vacuum pump selected should be higher than the required vacuum degree. Otherwise, the vacuum pump can not meet the requirements of vacuum pumping, and the working requirements will not be met. The other is the pumping rate of oil-free vacuum pump, which should be slightly higher than the required pumping rate, so as to better meet the needs. Finally, see whether the extracted gas is corrosive. Corrosive gas will corrode the pump, so special materials must be used to meet the demand.
