Piston Vacuum Pump in Vacuum Tube

Piston vacuum pump plays an important role in the application of automobile vacuum tube. Generally, there are two kinds of vacuum tubes on the car. One is for brake booster pump, the other is for distributor ignition advance device. The purpose of piston vacuum pump is to provide vacuum for one side of working pump film and the other side is connected with atmosphere. What are the vacuum tubes of automobiles usually connected to?

1. There is a vacuum booster pump in the brake system which needs piston vacuum pump.
2. Vacuum control is needed in some variable inlet technology.
3. Vacuum control is used in some cruise systems.
4. The removal of fuel vapor in the activated carbon tank needs to be vacuum.
5. Vacuum is needed in crankcase ventilation system.
6. Vacuum is needed for switching air ducts in some air conditioning systems. The vacuum tank is actually a sealed tank. A vacuum tube is connected to the intake pipe of the engine.
7. Vacuum sources can be obtained from this vacuum tank when vacuum is used in automobiles.

Usually in the engine of gasoline engine, there are several vacuum tubes in the intake pipe.

1. Brake booster vacuum tube. If the tube is pulled out, there will be no brake booster, which is dangerous.
2. Power steering vacuum tube. If the tube is pulled out, there will be no power steering, which is also dangerous.
3. Carbon tank vacuum tube, which will pollute the air when pulled out;
4. The crankcase ventilation system pipeline is not dangerous to pull out, and it will pollute the air.
5. The turbocharged engine will take pressure to control the exhaust valve in this part and pull it out. The turbocharger will work abnormally and overspeed.

Piston Vacuum Pump working principle:

The connecting rod is mounted together by bearing and eccentric pressure, and the eccentric wheel is locked on the motor shaft. The rotation of the rotating shaft drives the connecting rod to move back and forth, thus realizing the process of air absorption, compression and discharge.
