The piston vacuum pump is one of the vacuum equipment to remove the general gas or contain a small amount of condensable vapor. It is used in vacuum smelting, vacuum drying, vacuum impregnation and other vacuum operations. It can be used alone or as a front-stage pump of other high vacuum pumps, but it is not used for pumping from one container to another as a conveying pump. When exorbitant, explosive, corrosive to black metal, chemical reaction to vacuum pump oil, water, and dust are added, the equipment should be added.
The shape and structure of various vacuum pumps of piston vacuum pumps are basically the same. The pump is driven by a motor through a triangular belt to the pump rotor. The motor is fixed on the pump body with the motor plate.
piston vacuum pump is composed of pump body and eccentrically rotating parts of the sliding valve, semi-circular sliding valve guide rail, exhaust valve, shaft, etc. Figure 1 is the working principle diagram.
There is a slide valve sleeve in the piston vacuum pump. The eccentric wheel is fitted with an eccentric wheel. The eccentric wheel is fixed on the shaft, and the slide valve plate is mounted on the slide valve sleeve. It can slide up and down in the semi-circular slide guide rail and swing right and left, so the pump body is separated into the A and B two rooms by the slide valve and the slide valve plate. During the operation of the pump, the volume of A and B two chambers change periodically, thus completing the inspiratory and exhausting process.
